Printing/Packaging/Delivery

We print and fulfill all our products on demand once you place an order.  It takes 4–9 business days to create and deliver apparel products and 5–7 business days for non-apparel products. On rare occasions delivery may be delayed due to order capacity or inventory issues.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We’ll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.

We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good to double check with your local post office to try locating the lost order.

The poly bags used in our packaging are recyclable, low-density polyethylene, FDA and USDA compliant.

There are some products that we’ll ship separately due to packaging differences.

These products are: mugs, framed posters, posters, canvas, stickers, jewelry, bean bags, backpacks, pillows with stuffing, snapback hats.

We may occasionally place your order on hold due to security concerns, address confirmation and similar. Essentially – whenever we need to verify something with you or require changes to the order.

At Yelmify.com we print your order on demand and ship directly to you. No pre-orders to worry about, no quantity minimums. Just order the products and wait for them to arrive. Easy peasy chicken squeasy!

Returns

We strive for absolute perfection, but problems do come up. Please email dan@dzinesallday.com your problem in detail and upload relevant photos where possible

Be aware that we require a photo to be submitted with your problem report to begin a reshipment if problem is due to defect. It is always best to include photos with your initial problem report to avoid delays.

If the recipient’s address was wrong, then you are held responsible. Usually, the package is sent back to us and we will contact you for a new address, and you will be charged for additional shipping costs

If the package was not returned to sender, then you would have to process a new order to replace the original.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
